This page explains what Miqrodesign — a product line of Miqro Inc, a Kansas domestic for-profit corporation ("we", "us") — collects when you use miqrodesign.com, submit an intake form, or communicate with us by email, SMS, or phone. We keep this short on purpose — if something is unclear, email hello@miqrodesign.com and we'll answer in plain English.

What we collect

When you submit the intake form

• Business name, website, industry, and location (optional)
• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The project information you provide: goals, timelines, budget, design preferences
• Technical metadata: browser user-agent, UTM parameters, submission timestamp

When we communicate with you

• The content of emails, SMS messages, and phone calls between us and you, including recordings and transcripts of calls we place or receive (you will be informed at the start of a recorded call)
• Delivery status (delivered, bounced, replied) from our email and SMS providers

When you visit the site

• Request logs: IP address, pages viewed, referrer. Retained for 30 days for security and debugging.
• No third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

• To deliver the service you asked for. We need your contact details to send your proposal, schedule calls, and follow up on open questions.
• To improve what we do. Aggregated, de-identified metrics help us tune our process. We never sell or rent personal data.
• To stay compliant. We keep a limited audit trail of consent and communication so we can honour opt-out requests and prove we did.

SMS and phone calls

Mobile information (phone number, SMS opt-in status) is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share it only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you've consented to receive.

Calls we place to you may be recorded for quality and internal review. We will verbally state "this call is being recorded" at the start of any recorded call. Recordings are retained for 90 days and then deleted or anonymized automatically.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to run the service, and only with vendors who contractually commit to equivalent protections:

• Supabase — primary database hosting (United States)
• Railway — application hosting (United States)
• Twilio — SMS and voice delivery (United States)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Zoom — optional scheduled-meeting links
• Anthropic, Moonshot (Kimi), Groq, Google (Gemini) — LLM inference for drafting replies and ranking work items. We do not send payment information, passwords, or full message histories to these providers.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. If we're ever compelled to disclose data by lawful request, we will notify you where we are legally permitted to.

How long we keep it

• Lead contact details (name, email, phone): 365 days, then anonymized.
• Outreach messages (email, SMS): 180 days, then anonymized.
• Voice call recordings + transcripts: 90 days, then deleted.

Our data-retention agent enforces these windows automatically every night.

Your rights

• Access. Ask us for a copy of everything we have on you.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your data. We'll delete it within 30 days except where we're legally required to retain it (for example, billing records under US tax law).
• Correction. Ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any SMS, click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email hello@miqrodesign.com.

Security

All connections to our application are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Database credentials, API keys, and third-party tokens are stored as environment variables on Railway — never in source code, which is automatically scanned for leaked secrets. Production access is limited to Miqro Inc's owner.

Children

Miqrodesign does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy materially changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes (new data categories, new recipients) will be emailed to anyone on our contact list.
