SMS Program Terms

This page is the standalone SMS program disclosure used by carriers (Twilio, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) to verify our 10DLC / toll-free registration. The same information is summarised in our Terms of Service §3 and our Privacy Policy.

Program name

Miqrodesign Project Updates — operated by Miqro Inc, a Kansas domestic for-profit corporation, doing business as Miqrodesign.

Message types

Transactional / informational only. No marketing or promotional broadcasts.
Intake confirmation after you submit our form at miqrodesign.com/start
Scheduling links for discovery and review calls
Proposal and contract notifications
Project milestone and build-status updates
Direct replies to questions you initiate

How you opt in

By submitting the intake form at miqrodesign.com/start with the SMS consent checkbox marked, you expressly consent to receive the transactional messages listed above from Miqrodesign at the phone number you provided. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

By submitting the intake form with the SMS consent box checked, you agree to receive project updates and account notifications from Miqrodesign by SMS at the phone number you provided. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Message frequency

Up to 4 messages per month, with most months running fewer. Frequency varies with the stage of your project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Miqrodesign does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send and you will be removed from the program within one business hour. Once opted out, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages until you re-opt-in through the intake form.

Data handling

Mobile information (phone number, SMS opt-in status, message content, delivery status) is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share it only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you've consented to receive. Retention windows are described in our Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers

Compatible with all major US carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro, Virgin). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
